More and more consumers are opting for organic food. The perception of organic food is that it is better for both your health, the environment, and the animals involved.
Fans of organic food cite lowered levels of pesticide residues and antibiotics and increased flavor and nutrients. They are also not fond of GMO (genetically modified organism) food.
